About Us

Tucker Lab develops electrochemical devices at all stages from inception to fabrication, diagnostics, and analysis. We focus on devices with ceramic active materials, including solid oxide fuel cells and electrolysis cells, and solid state batteries. In-situ electrochemical testing, advanced diagnostics, and post-mortem analysis are used to determine limitations to cell performance and lifetime and inform efforts to improve device performance metrics, cost, and manufacturability. We strive to provide low-cost, scalable processing routes to enable efficient manufacturing of electrochemical devices.
